History explains that, slaves were taken from foreign lands. Egyptians armies conquered these lands. They would capture women and children and take them as slaves. A slave’s day was busy throughout.

When not busy at the Egyptians farms, slaves would work as construction workers. They constructed the pyramids in exchange for food during the dry season. Free slaves would work during their days at pyramid construction sites. They would join hands and pull massive blocks to pile them and make the pyramids.

The nature of slavery in Egypt was completely different. Egyptian slaves were not subjects to their masters. These slaves were free Egyptians and other captured people. They were dedicated to services. They were slaves since they had lessened rights. These slaves worked daily. They played significant roles in the development of ancient Egypt. a slaves day in Egypt meant hard work and obedience. They worked in farms along the Nile River where they grew grains and when the farming season was over, they would work at the pyramids in exchange for food.
